Caroline is a dynamic Global Operations Executive with a demonstrable track record of growth and achievement in the multinational customer contact and global support centre environment for more than 20 years. As Vice President of Customer Support Operations EMEA for Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, Caroline headed an operation of over 500 multi-lingual and multi-skilled people providing award winning support to a diverse Global customer base. Through her experience of various Mergers and Acquisitions, Caroline has demonstrated expertise in skilfully and successfully leading teams through change and integration. Caroline now operates a consultancy bringing her extensive corporate expertise to enterprises, large and small.
